Cambridge Developers, LP is a subsidiary of Cambridge Property Management, LP, which is a
commercial real estate service firm based in Howell, New Jersey.
Our services include property management, construction, and consulting. We currently manage
over 1 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and Residential properties. Our tenants in-
clude a distinguished list of financial institutions, law firms as well as major national, regional,
and local retailers.
With over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of the commercial property industry, along with its
wide spread experience of working in all phases of real estate development including acquisition,
construction, demolition, and redevelopment. Cambridge has put a recent emphasis on commer-
cial development.
Past planning and entitlement projects included a vast array of developments. From minor resi-
dential subdivisions in NY and NJ, to a midrise in Orlando Fl, a 150+ community in Venice FL and Retail projects in NJ, PA and Ohio.
Led by Mr Benjamin Weber, who has extensive family-real estate and development background,
along with his hands on knowledge of the real estate industry, from concept to construction, to
developing and implementing the management and all operations, Mr Weber has been achieving
a positive result with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships.
Extensive experience in property market trends, profound knowledge of building methods, mate-
rials, architectural skills, engineering plans, feasibility studies and approvals, along with his famili-
arity with operation and maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings and the experience
of overseeing lease agreements, vendor contracts, and a variety of legal contracts lends him the
foresight to achieve the most suitable result in land planning and development results.
In line with our thinking and business plan, we are currently targeting the counties in the state of
NJ with the maximum growth in new residential construction. We are currently doing research in
4 of the quickest growing counties in new construction. Ocean County, Monmouth County, Mid-
dlesex County and Hudson County.
Cambridge Property continues to search for and secure prime locations, and develop them
based on growth, development patterns and needs of the community. Projects are developed un-
der the guidance and expertise of engineers, international architects, construction crews and project managers.
